1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the TideMark Lex platform, including our AI-powered legal research and case law analysis tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TideMark Lex regarding your use of our software and data services.

2. Description of Services

TideMark Lex provides cloud-based legal technology solutions, including but not limited to:

• AI-driven legislative tracking and alerts.
• Automated case law summarization and predictive analytics.
• Document review tools and legal research databases.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. TideMark Lex reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate our security protocols or usage limits.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, interfaces, and proprietary data structures provided through the TideMark Lex platform remain the sole property of TideMark Lex. Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the data strictly for professional legal research purposes during the term of their subscription.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TideMark Lex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our analytical tools. While we strive for 99.9% accuracy in our AI models, legal professionals must independently verify all research findings.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, access to the TideMark Lex proprietary research database will be revoked, though users may export their uploaded case notes and document review history.
